David Hayes – Creative & Branding Director

David brings over a decade of experience in multiple disciplines to BTG. He discovered his love for design while working in the sign industry after graduating college with a degree in Criminology. From there he gained experience in logo, package, and web design; and ultimately was in charge of branding, marketing and communications on a corporate level. David has also led teams through the rebranding efforts of companies going through mergers, sales and acquisitions. 



As the Creative & Branding Director at BTG he plays an active roll in every account. His passion is logo and package design, but he loves to play a roll in everything from website navigation, to communications, to social media. While he enjoys being involved in everything, one of the things David does best is step back and let people do what they do. His goal is to never get in the way of progress.

Art Knapp – President & Founder

Art built his first business when he was 13 years old. He built three before he graduated high school. In college business and technology was his passion. It is still his passion today as he is always working to understand the latest application and how it can help businesses. Art has extensive experience as a developer of businesses for over 25 years, he has specific expertise in Operations, Brand Building, Finance, Business Development, Product Development, Sales, Marketing, Logistics.

Extensive Practical and Regulatory knowledge and experience in turn-around opportunities, and re-organizations for Retail, Wholesale, Direct Selling and Manufacturing.

Transactional experience includes; Buying and Selling businesses, Asset based Transactions, Reverse Mergers.

He directly negotiated agreements for manufacturing, distribution, supplier and licensing from start-ups to Billion Dollar International firms and Brands.
Art has expertise in working in the international business community with specific strength on the Pacific Rim and in the EU. His companies have engaged in importing and development projects with China, Philippians, Malaysia, Thailand and Australia.
