CPC Pools has been in business on Long Island’s North Shore for a long time and is widely considered the premier pool service provider in the Port Washington area, but their brand and online presence certainly didn’t reflect it. CPC reached out to the Britt Taylor Group in an effort to refresh their image and develop a comprehensive plan that would include enhanced customer communications, an active social media presence and marketing strategies for continued growth of an already successful pool service business.
First up for the BTG team was to understand CPC’s business. After a couple of meetings, both on the phone and in person, the takeaway about CPC was:
- The business was very well established
- Their customers love and trust their work
- They understand the importance of being professional in every aspect of the business
- Their high quality of service was what set them apart from other’s in their industry
- The company has very skilled technicians who have great pool knowledge
Basically CPC knew just about everything in regards to pools, but that wasn’t the general public’s perception of them.
Next on the BTG’s “to do list”, build a better brand. The goal, to have CPC’s look, feel and communications reflect the fact that they are among best pool service companies around. The simple place to start was the CPC website. Their current site was outdated and not mobile friendly. The CPC domain was transferred to BTG’s platform to allow better management of web hosting, email accounts and overall site stability. BTG then created a visually stunning website, that was fully mobile responsive and gave CPC’s customers a place to gather important information with the introduction of the CPC Blog. The site also introduced CPC’s social profiles on Facebook, Instagram and Google+ and allowed customers and new visitors alike to sign up for CPC’s monthly newsletter.

As part of the on going relationship between CPC Pools and the Britt Taylor Group, BTG manage CPC’s blog content, monthly newsletters and social media profiles.
